  • Launched Sync & Recover for Exchange (Aug 2017) in 4 geographies (UK, US, ZA and AU), working with different teams such as Product Marketing, Marketing, Training, Sales, Engineering and Service Delivery.
  • Started the development of “Supervision App” (FY19) and Sync and Recover for OneDrive (FY20).

A Fintech startup providing a social currency exchange for travellers.
  • Delivered its first online management dashboard, providing on-demand data for Operations, Marketing, and General Management.
  • Scoped an API-based FX management platform to support company daily trading operations against real-time currency demand. The product was implemented after I left the company.
  • Scoped and delivered operational processes automation, including PIN number generation, card freezing and card renewal, including backend development, new user experience / user interface design and third-party providers development.
  • Engaged to create a concept for a new business offering – WeSwap for Business, where the result was presented to the C-Level, including an initial mock up and a market opportunities study.

  • For MGM Partners/MasterCard Advisors, consulted a major retail bank in the creation of strategic, tactical and operational key performance indicators (KPI) for a new dashboard for the credit and debit cards business group.
  • For MGM Partners/MasterCard Advisors, consulted a new player in the credit card market and analyzed its portfolio life cycle (large customer and transactions datasets).
  • For MGM Partners/MasterCard Advisors, consulted a major retail bank and conducted a study of the credit card processing services market – operations, service levels, pricing and best practices.
  • For MGM Partners/MasterCard Advisors, consulted the largest retail bank in Brazil, reviewed its rewards program’s operational processes, delivered tactical and operational recommendations, and developed a new financial model for the new set of program rules and a roll out roadmap.
  • For Bearingpoint, analyzed and developed the new Sourcing process set for a Shared Services Centre restructuring engagement for a major conglomerate group in Brazil.
  • For Bearingpoint, created an adherence analysis model for a Shared Services Center’s services portfolio that defined which services/activities would continue/migrate to the new Center.
  • For Accenture, consulted a leading media group in Brazil, developing cable TV and broadband access direct sales processes. Developed the concept and the functional specification of the new contract model for cable, broadband, magazine subscription and digital content sales.
  • For Accenture, consulted a leading mobile company in Brazil, assessing and modelling Information Technology department processes and defined new Key Performance Indicators.
  • For Accenture, consulted a leading media group in Brazil, developing their Marketing Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics and Sales Incentive business processes.
  • For Accenture, consulted the largest telecom company in Brazil, developing and implemented a new Broadband Service’s sales operations report process and tool covering an operation of four-call centers.
