  • For MGM Partners/MasterCard Advisors, consulted a new player in the credit card market and analyzed its portfolio life cycle (large customer and transactions datasets).
  • For MGM Partners/MasterCard Advisors, consulted a major retail bank and conducted a study of the credit card processing services market – operations, service levels, pricing and best practices.
  • For MGM Partners/MasterCard Advisors, consulted the largest retail bank in Brazil, reviewed its rewards program’s operational processes, delivered tactical and operational recommendations, and developed a new financial model for the new set of program rules and a roll out roadmap.
  • For Bearingpoint, analyzed and developed the new Sourcing process set for a Shared Services Centre restructuring engagement for a major conglomerate group in Brazil.
  • For Bearingpoint, created an adherence analysis model for a Shared Services Center’s services portfolio that defined which services/activities would continue/migrate to the new Center.
  • For Accenture, consulted a leading media group in Brazil, developing cable TV and broadband access direct sales processes. Developed the concept and the functional specification of the new contract model for cable, broadband, magazine subscription and digital content sales.
  • For Accenture, consulted a leading mobile company in Brazil, assessing and modelling Information Technology department processes and defined new Key Performance Indicators.
  • For Accenture, consulted a leading media group in Brazil, developing their Marketing Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics and Sales Incentive business processes.
  • For Accenture, consulted the largest telecom company in Brazil, developing and implemented a new Broadband Service’s sales operations report process and tool covering an operation of four-call centers.
